In the spring of 2020, I came into contact with Erwin Manten. Owner of the online marketing agency Pixl in Leeuwarden. Erwin needed some more direction on the internal organization and the financial piece of his business.

During the inventory of the current situation, much information was already readily available. We then first mapped the information that was not yet available. This also required the cooperation of all employees at Pixl. Everyone was asked to carefully register all hours worked so that we could get a better understanding and grip on the use of their capacity.

Then all the information gathered was analyzed and translated by me in order to say something about the current situation and that of the past years. From there, Erwin and I jointly started looking at the desired situation and which concrete objectives belong to it. We put these on paper and the corresponding steering indicators were then processed by me in the organization cockpit. The organizational cockpit is available online in Google Data Studio and is updated monthly so that adjustments can be made quickly if the course deviates from the goal.

As they say at Pixl, this was a great example of 'together toward online success' 😉
